Payments

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We have chosen Realex as our preferred payment processor. After selecting your products from our online store you will then be taken to Realex's secure encrypted webpages to complete the payment transaction. No credit card details are stored on our servers. Payment can be made through the Realex website using Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Once your transaction is complete you will be returned to our website where you will be shown a confirmation message that we have successfully received your order. A confirmation email will also be automatically sent to your provided email address.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order, a personal cheque or payment on collection of your order from our gallery. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

If you would like to make a purchase using a Postal Order or Cheque please contact us and we will provide further details and process your order offline.

Delivery / Collection Information

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout on total weight of order. Some of our products and made to order. All orders are quality checked before being packaged and sent for delivery. Despatch should be made within 7 days of oder and tracking information will be sent to you via email. If there are any delays in the delivery process we will contact you as soon as possible. If you require delivery to be guaranteed within a shorter time frame please contact us as we will do our best to make arrangements with you.

Orders can be collected free of charge from The Boat Yard Gallery, Greystones Harbour, Co Wicklow. If you would like to collect your order please select the option on the checkout page. We will contact you when the order is ready to arrange collection.

Return / Refund Policy

Every order is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please inform us within 14 days of delivery by email to info@theboatyardgallery.ie include your order number, a photo of the damaged item/s and if you require a refund or exchange. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email with details for you to return the item/s. A refund or exchange will be processed once the item/s has been returned back to us. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and returned to us within 14 days of your notification to cancel.

If you change your mind, please inform us within 14 days of delivery by email to info@theboatyardgallery.ie include your order number and if you require a refund, store credit or an exchange. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email with details for your to return your item/s. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s and ensuring the item/s arrive in their original condition. A refund or exchange will be processed once the item/s has been returned back to us. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and returned to us within 14 days of your notification to cancel.

Personalised, Customised or Commissioned items cannot be cancelled / exchanged

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
